Our client approached Infin Mobile Solution to develop a socio e-commerce mobile app for Singapore region which is a rapidly growing branch of e-commerce that uses social networks and digital media to facilitate transactions between businesses and customers. He wanted to develop a mobile app for both iOS and android.

As e-commerce continues to grow on a rapid scale, the rise of new technological innovations has come about, such as that of live stream commerce, which has risen rapidly throughout world. Therefore, this research project is focused on live stream retailing as an e-commerce innovation to understand how the key aspects, such as usability, functionality, interaction, and, in general, how its success can be transferred into Western society.

In recent years, live streaming has prospered due to key social media platforms adopting this new type of communication. This has likely come about, as mentioned earlier, due to the rapid growth in internet users during the past year as a result of technological developments and COVID-19.As,live streaming enables users to carry out multiple actions in an online space to increase interactivity with others.

Thrivelive has always developed various affordable services to solve problems that SMEs face and focuses a lot on helping companies digitalize, be it for livestream or marketing services. Outlined below are the core features and functionalities to consider of this mobile app.

Sign Up/Login:
The sign-up process allows new users to create accounts on a platform, granting them access to its features and services through OTP and also through social media platforms. The login process allows registered users to access their accounts through valid credentials.

The user can register themselves either as shopper or as seller from the mobile app.

Inventory Management:
The seller will be able to add a wide range of products with high-quality images and detailed descriptions. Include product categories, filters, and search options for easy navigation that he can later display while livestreaming.
